Refund Policy:

All purchases are final and non refundable. Services can not be exchanged or swapped between customers.

Cancellation Policy:

Failure to attend your scheduled consultation without a minimum of 24 hours notice will result in a forfeiture of your payment.

Booking Deposit Policy:

All bookings require a deposit of $125. This deposit is nonrefundable and covers the cost of a service consultation and job assessment. Upon completion of the consultation and assessment you’ll be provided a contract for review and signature, which will include the full cost of services.

- Failure to sign the proposed contract will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.
- Once the contract is signed a portion of your security deposit will be applied to the total cost of services. This amount will be determined on a case by case basis and outlined in the agreed upon contract.
